As a lifelong Seattle resident since 1986, I have witnessed the city’s incredible growth and transformation. Growing up in the University District and attending school in the Wedgwood/Roosevelt neighborhood, I developed a deep appreciation for Seattle’s unique neighborhoods, whether by foot attending the local school, bus (utilizing our great transit systems in Seattle) or by car exploring neighborhoods block by block. After earning my business degree from the University of Washington, I began my career in real estate finance, working as a lender from 2005 to 2012 before transitioning into real estate brokerage in 2013. With nearly two decades of experience, I have successfully guided clients through a wide range of transactions, including new construction (single family & townhomes), resale, short sales (pre-foreclosure), and investment properties (including for clients out of state).
